Placing an order on our website is simple and secure:

  • Add to cart & proceed to checkout
  • Enter your shipping details
  • Select your payment method

After confirmation, your order is packed discreetly and shipped. Tracking is sent via email or text once available.

Delivery time depends on your location, but typically:

  • Order processing: 24–48 hours
  • USA-to-USA delivery: 3–5 business days

During December or holidays, carriers may experience delays. We monitor all shipments and assist quickly if needed.

Your tracking number will be emailed to you once the package has been handed over to the carrier. If you requested SMS updates, we also send tracking via text.
